Job Overview
Gautam Ayurveda is seeking a highly experienced BAMS Doctor with specialization in Ayurvedic sexual health treatments. The candidate should have 15+ years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating male and female sexual health conditions through Ayurvedic principles and therapies.
The role requires strong expertise in patient consultation, treatment planning, counseling, and prescription of Ayurvedic medicines while ensuring a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations for sexual health concerns and lifestyle-related disorders.
- Diagnose and treat conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, infertility, sperm-related issues, nightfall, and other reproductive health disorders using Ayurvedic methods.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, herbal formulations, and therapeutic protocols based on patient diagnosis.
- Provide counseling and lifestyle guidance to patients for long-term improvement in sexual health and wellness.
- Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes through follow-ups.
- Collaborate with telesales and patient coordination teams for consultation scheduling and patient management.
- Ensure proper medical documentation and patient records are maintained.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics in handling sensitive patient cases.
- Contribute to product knowledge and treatment protocols for clinic use.
Required Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 15+ years of clinical experience, preferably in sexual health and reproductive treatments.
- Valid Ayurvedic medical registration/license.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Ayurvedic sexual health treatments and formulations.
- Excellent patient counseling and communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities.
- Experience working in Ayurvedic clinics, wellness centers, or specialized treatment centers.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Ayurvedic sexual wellness clinics or men's health centers.
- Ability to guide and train junior doctors and counseling staff.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic Rasayana, Vajikarana therapy, and reproductive health treatments.
